You lucky, lucky, lucky fucker - I was a hair's breadth from doing the same thing. Is it finished, or still in need of some work?

im not sure how i would play this thing without hitting switches?
strum near the neck and you hit the jazzmaster switches....strum near the middle and you hit the mustang switches?
develop a new system of chroding stringing the thing upside down, playing it right side up, and strum only up!!!

No it's finished as it is... he replaced the trem on it for an older, not so good cond. one, so it's missing the trem arm, but thats it.
He recently pulled out the lipstick pickups for whats on there now & has offered to make any changes that I feel necessary or to convert it back. i.e. new pickguard / switches / pickups etc etc. He's a realy nice down to earth chap... I feel privileged to now own it !
& It's got a built fuzz & tremolo !! haha...

I predict a statement to the effect...
"It has a terrific neck, to bad it's attached to a pile of dog shite."
something to that effect.

It doesn't really do it for me, but I mainly just think Jag-Stangs are godawful, so it's good for you that you get to convert it to benjamins on behalf of some Kurtdz kiddie.

I was also under the understanding that the jag-stang is widely belived to be a great neck attached to a shit designed guitar around these parts...
Maybe it's just me...

I think it's a project build by the same talented chap who did that glorious black refin on Tim's guitar.
