Been reading for a long time, figured since I finally own a Jag, I am allowed to post

I believe they're called "Dragster Humbuckers", but I could be wrong, also I've not seen these HH Jags with white pickguards.

Thanks guys.

It is a black HH, with new knobs and a custom mint pickguard.

I really like the dragster pickups, they are single coil like to my ears.

Normally I find white/mint pick guards on black guitars so boring it's painful. But this looks really ace. Well done.

Yeah, that was kinda my thinking.

I knew I wanted to get a new color...and all I saw when other people replaced theirs were pearloid or tort.

Just wanted something different.

Did you cut the pg yourself? If not where did you get it? I've been wanting to change the pg on my HH for a while now.

Classy. I loves me my tuxedo guitars.

Welcome aboard! Don't get offended by anything Mike says, it's mostly in jest.

They used to call those Drugstar pickups in Japan. I remember seeing a listing on Ishibashi's webpage for "K. Richard's Tele with Drugstar Pickup"

A normal CIJ guard fits the HH, you will just need to change the pup holes.

You don't need to own, to poast. You just need to be compelled by forces outside of your control.
