Oh yea, I've seen this before. I think it's a kit, like PAIA or somebody, but this guy had the awesome idea of building it in a circle.

This is cool, I watched a few more vids of it, but I'm not sure if the final effect is actually worth what looks like a lot of effort spent in making it...
