THIS GUY is selling hig guitar "portfolio as an investment opportunity. What about the TONEzES, Skippy? They're only investments if you manage to sell them.

Available portfolio containing ten respectable investment grade vintage guitars.

The guitars are

The guy is still a chode.

what is with dumbasses trying to sell their entire collection. sorry it doesn't work that way, you gotta do the leg work and sell them one at a time just like everybody else.

single pup gibby 335- not worth more than 2 grand on the open market( i think)
the maton, worth 3 grand, my ass
harmony archtop, 200 bucks, MAYBE, if you are drunk
the guild jetstar is cool as hell! i dig the shit out of that thing, and 500 bucks, yeah, i would pay that
the mosrite is sexy, but overpriced, i have seen them for less at the chicago music exchange, and they are PRICEY!
the 67 335 isn't too bad, but its not a delx model by any means so 3800 is... so, so
the guild t-100 is awsome, and i think the price is decent
the gretsch and swede are eyebrow raisors to me.....
and the last guild hollow body seems alright
but why the hell wouldn't you just sell each piece by itself, and not a lump.
who the fuck has 22 grand to blow ona lot of guitars atm?

like the only people I could see buying guitars in a lot like this would be a guitar store. and they would give you way less than 22grand.

you know, they don't, not even by his count.
i mean, yeah, it adds up by his prices. and if you figure shipping for 50 bucks on each guitar then yeah, perhaps.
but in reality each one is going to have problems and wear, that he is not talking about.

He has a Mosrite ID'ed as a 1963 and it's totally not. It doesn't have the sidejack or the top binding. Looks more like 1965-1966. The price isn't wrong though because a 1963 Mosrite would start at 10 g's and up and mid 60's Mosrites do go for around 5 thousand.

good eye, i didn't even catch that, but then again my mosrite history is not up to par.

the mosrite and maybe the 335 are the only really valuable guitars there.
the one with all the jaguars was more fun.
