Is this the one with the red/brown tolex that kind of looks like the epi Jr amps do.
If so, I have a friend who uses one in a punk band. It sounds pretty good considering he is running a 100 watt marshall MG series into it. If it is a good trade then do it, but 4x12's are a little hard to flip right now so don't go overboard unless you want it.
Also, if the construction is even half decent, you could always switch the speakers...
Last, if you need 4x12...Check out the Bugera Demos and see what you think. I hears a demo with a marshall head ran through a Marshall 4x12 1960's and a Bugera and could not tell the difference at all. they are 249 new...

Yeah, it's the red thang, i will update original post with pic...
I've been looking at used 4x12's so i can like run four of them at the same time, it will kill.
I can get a fucking killer VADER 2x12 from a friend for $450. IMMA HIT IT as soon as i can. the fucking Vader cabs have to be ordered directly from them, they have Eminence Legends and are covered in LINE-X truckbed liner.

I'm tired of going to shows and just seeing like little halfstacks and shit, i wanna bring rockin' out back y'all.
It may take a little more effort, but it's worth it!

I hope these are so shoddily constructed you can chop them in half with an SG, townshend styles.
My only experience was a guy trying to sell me the speakers out of one, he was obviously attached to the cab, but maybe cause of aesthetic reasons.
