Any HOG users around?
Managed to get a good deal with a guy i'd previously traded with.. £120 + a Boss PS5 that he'd sold me for £60 a few months ago.
Should I jump on that badboy?!
Was browsing through loads of different videos today, really like the gliss/hold feature and the whammy stuff (it comes with a footswitch too)
- Only thing is i've got about £80 to my name, until the 3rd October.. and have to buy hardcases for pedals/guitars and money for freshers week/car insurance. I'm going to be a POOR student!

Haha, yeah, it's quite big. Depending on what you actually want in terms of the effects, the Adrenalinn might be a half-decent competitor, but it's nowhere near as intuitive as the HOG. It does "more stuff" but not really at the same time. It is cheaper though.
Personally, I'd go for the HOG. If it had come out before the Adrenalinn, I'd have just waited and saved some extra pennies.

Didn't you say before that the Adrenalinn is no use for live stuff because there's some kind of delay between effects or some shit?ekwatts wrote:Haha, yeah, it's quite big. I love my Hog. Managed to pick it up for about £200 from a friend of a friend and bought the patch pedal on eBay. Running this thing through a Big Muff is just pure liquid wonderment.
The M-Audio pedal that came with it is complete pash though, the foot plate hooks onto the mechanism and pops off at every given opportunity.
Going to try the Boss FV-500 soon which seems nice and chunky and metal.

This must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays
