doritos bag in the trash and sock on the floor... what a fucking slob.
I added the knobs, pup covers and quick change tailpiece but otherwise it's completely stock. the stock pickups sound pretty decent for a cheapo guitar like this.

they're definitely not high output. they can get a pretty good clean tone. otherwise those are pretty accurate descriptions. neck pickup is pretty plain sounding but not shit and muddy. bridge has a nice ragged sound to it.

Knobs and pickup covers are classy. Clean looks FTW. You can get chrome robroes if you get bored of the EMG style look although I think it suits. I really like the bevelled edges too. Not so sure on the wood grain, but it's definitely a nice looking guitar.

yea, I was trying class it up a bit. chrome covers could be cool too. I went in a more alembic direction rather than travis bean. either would be cool though.
and yea, the wood grain is kind of non existent, not mention obvious multi-piece construction. oh well. it cost $125.

I love double cut guitars, I usually don't like yellowesque finishes on guitars, but this one looks really nice!

I had teh silver one for a while, before I had internetz, I was going to say that the pickup were pretty hot, but that may be because I played it through a halfstack that I didn't understand in a cavernous and concrete basement. feedback city.
