I haven't seen this up here yet, and thought that someone might be interested.

The reputation of the Orange Tiny Terror amp precedes it… award winning, best selling, innovative and used by the world's foremost artists and producers alike. Orange realised that for the more discerning guitarists, something extra was needed and they are proud to announce the launch of the Tiny Terror Hard Wired Edition.
Introducing the new, all UK manufactured, point to point, all hand wired Tiny Terror, this amp offers a step up on the already legendary best selling Tiny Terror. With high specification transformers, 'carbon comp resistors' and 'mustard capacitors' this is truly a boutique amplifier which comes in a special leather padded gig bag*.
When it comes down to the crunch, it's the sound that does the talking and the Tiny Terror Hard Wired Edition is more responsive and dynamic than its original version. With a wider frequency response this new amp has more bite and more punch.
Naturally, the Tiny Terror Hard Wired Edition is as every bit as iconic as the original model having the same portability, versatility and unique lunch-box size, with the added benefit of weighing less than the existing Tiny Terror.
This is not a production amp, and each will be individually hand wired, tested and quality checked at Orange headquarters, limiting the numbers available.
Whether you've heard about the reputation of the Tiny Terror and not had a chance to try it, or whether you've already been smitten by the legendary Tiny Terror and crave for more, the new Tiny Terror Hard Wired Edition is sure to bring that something extra.
Also, there are demoes up of the Dual Terror. I think I'm pretty much convinced.

That doesn't look as nice as I was hoping it would. It's my own fault because when I read that it was a handwired edition I had an image of the inside of a Hiwatt, so seeing the loose white wires looks sloppy by comparison. Ignoring the first impression, I quite like it. It's sort of like a modern version of the silverface Fender stuff but cleaner looking.

I know what you mean. I was hoping for nice right angles and stuff, but I suppose it's a small enclosure, and it's pretty neat looking.

You're right. It definitely is. Hmmm. Why? Why not Hand Wired? I'd never noticed that before.
Also, Orange claim that it is hand-wired, despite the name:

My thoughts on the 'hard wired' tiny terror... The knobs look rubbish, the leather case looks silly, and it costs too much! I would much rather get the dual terror at more than £100 less.

yea, it's odd. I'm guessing they just thought it sounded better from a marketing point of view.

I was slightly worried that it might that they aren't actually hand-wired, but that they'd called them Hard Wired so that people who sometimes can't read (like me, still don't know how that happened) will be fooled into thinking they are hand-wired. But the site says they are.

Haha. It looks like fake leather in that photo. It looks messy and not neat or tidy or well done.
Orange should stick to making amps rather than trying to make cheesey cases appealing.

looks pretty much like standard point to point wiring.

Why are all the components all over the fucking shop? They should be on a single piece of tagboard going down the middle.

I posted this ages ago. It looks really rough.
Presumably the whole point of this corksniffing version is to impress people and this just doesn't do it.

I agree. It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to have at least lined up the components better and clean up some of that wiring.
