That model is commonly known as the Sharp 5 model. Sharp 5 was a Japanese band. The one you listed on that site was for sale for $679.

I don't believe these are super rare. I see the vinatge ones on Japanese websites all the time. Guyatone or somebody else has also re-issued these over the years in different version and you also see those all over the Japanese guitar websites too.
