I just had this in for repair and had to share the pics with youse, the neck inlay is hilarious, i coul'nt take my eyes off it whilst grinning to myself
Its a discontinued Mick Thomson NJ Series BC, passive EMGs and hard tail. Nice player, sounds good and looks er... cool i think. For a 'younger' player maybe.
When they were on the cover of Guitar World years ago it was the number one deciding factor that had me chucking it in the bin after a quick leaf-through, that HATE inlay on the guitar he was holding on the cover. "Have it your way, dude."
Recently my friend Roger and I were drinking after a day of moving him into his new place and we saw an interview with the singer where he said, with all seriousness: "WE GREW UP IN THE GRAVEYARD... THAT WAS WHERE WE HUNG OUT LIKE SOME KIDS WOULD HANG OUT AT A 7-11 OR SOMETHING... WE WERE THE KINDA KIDS WHO'D RATHER KILL THEMSELVES THAN USE THEIR IMAGINATION."
How he did it with a straight face, I'll never know. How the interviewer, hell, the cameraman didn't bust up laughing right in his wonky face, who the fuck knows.

Don't remember the HATE inlay though...
He probably had a non-Mick Thompson BC Rich warlock, they've been around as a design much longer than Slipknot and in many different configs
My ex-g/f had this one and it caused many the argument, especially when I said the headstock had old lady tits.
Yeah that's what I'm guessing it must have been. I remember him telling me it was the SLIPKNOT MOTHER FUCKER signature model though... maybe he lied, lol.
