This pedal is revered and is fairly nuts. They go for like thousands of dollars second hand as the guy doesn't make them anymore.
It is like a mental analogue harmonise/oscillator/synth

However it is made ridiculously poorly and the guy is a complete flake (has stolen pedals sent to him for repair etc etc).
Shame - I think it would be a fun one to clone, but reverse engineering this mess ain't gonna happen. He used to sell them for $500, considering the build quality I think he makes Aug look like fucking VOLVO.

I was going to post this the other day, funnily enough. What you may be interested to hear, clonemaster, is that I have the book with the project in that this is based on. Will look it out tonight.

Cooooool. I know it's a Phase Locked Loop, and then some gubbins. I'm not surprised the guy had a nervous breakdown, I can't believe how much of a hack job he made building this design into.

So: could you?

If I could get hold of the chips I could. It would be just a one-off though, a project to see if I could. If someone wanted to manufacture these there is only one sensible way, to design a PCB which holds everything.

that honestly sounds like fun! with some modulation stuff it could make for some interesting music.
agreed on the pcb, thats really way the only way to make these mass productive [word problems in there]

I could have sworn I psoted about these before but the search brings up nothing.
A dude I know on another board had one and he said it actually did work very well. I'll see if I can get him to comment.

It could have been a while ago, I think I'm late to the party. It sounds completely unique. It does seem to work. I'm sort of amazed it does though, looking at it. It's a complete mess in there, right down to the gauge of wire he's using.

I think somebody asked about an analog harmonizer and somebody else said it wasn't possible. I posted about this pedal. Our search/archive sucks. I hope that's sorted out in the site update.

Yeah, you defo posted that before Jcyphe- it was me saying about analog harmonisers not being analogue, although I was meaning intelligent harmonisers.

That's a fuzz pedal made and sold by ex-member Yun several years ago.
He still posts at FreeStompBoxes sometimes.

That, right there is why I don't make pedals and if I did, is why I would never, ever sell them to anybody.
Hhaha! what a piece of shit.
