I'm a new member after doing some lurking. Great site and much needed for us shortscale fans.
I am a home playing hack but I love playing, buying, fixing, selling, and talking about guitars and amps - almost exclusively Fenders.
I am the proud owner of a very sweet '76 Music Master guitar - herewith the axe:

Welcome.
That photo doesn't work. Post more. Post as many photos as possible. We like photos.

^ that's just the address of the flickr page, not the image itself. you have to go to where it says "all images", select the size you want to use, and then underneath the picture it will give you the correct address to use.

Welcome Sidney.
Go to the flickr page where the image is viewed, right click it and click "properties" then copy/paste the URL inside the img tags like so:

Very nice Musicmaster... I once kept an eye on a '78 the same colour down the local shop, it was alongside a black '78 I had an equal hankering for.
Are those flatwound strings on yours?

Flatwounds it is! Good eye you've got there.
And thanks for the Flickr tutorial - I joined tonight and the two pics above are the extent of my picture load in - did it all for shortscale. Need to figure out how to use it now.
I will be back in a few minutes with a picture of an amp y'all might like.

That's it - super sweet and bone stock - soon upgrading the speaker with a Weber alnico on order - but otherwise plan on leaving it as is.
