Broken ProCo RAT2

So my rat decided to die out on me, and I'm looking to cash in the the famous 5 year warranty. I've tried emailing them from the 2 contact links, one on procosound.com and one on ratdistortion.com/. One of them bounced back and one had no response. Am I missing some obvious part of the site? I couldn't even find info on the warranty. Seems fishy. Any of you dealt with them?

Maybe give them a call.
Phone: 269-388-9675
Toll Free: 800-253-7360
or maybe they want you to go through a rep.
Find a Rep
Never had to deal with them so I don't know how their customer service is.
Did you do this?

TOO LATE.
Tootsie roll, man.
It was PLASTIC WRAPPED. Proco gives me candy I eat.
The new rat is differnt from my old one, too. different jacks and led.

.
It came with a little man on a card that said "MUNCHIES INCLUDED."
food poisoning won't kick in for 8 hours, anyway.

No, rat turds are smaller and just a little crunchy if left to dry out.
