It's TANGLEwood, my friend. I remember reading a review in Total Guitar when it came out years back.. probably late 90's. Believe it came in some sparkly finishes too... aaand it's a UK brand.

Hmm, I like the look of that thing. I usually hate Bigsbys, too.

I know this sounds a bit hackneyed or something, but these sort of remind me of the current Fret-King guitars for some reason. I don't think it's because they are British, slightly strange, and slightly budget, but they share something with them.

I know what your saying, same with Eggle, they all have that exagerated horn or something similar.

And Cort too, except they obviously aren't British. They still represent terrific value, though.

Cort are one of the few manufacturers left that are'nt owned by Fender or Gibson, they are excellent quality but the aesthetics dont quite do it for me.

I found out the other day that John Birch guitars are made in west bridgeford, Nottingham. I never knew. They made a lot of top british players custom models in the 70s, Slade and Black Sabbath to name a few.

Yes, it is tanglewood.. I played on the guitar years ago.. I was probably 16 years old..
But i hated it so much...

Now my question is how much is this guitar worth?

Tanglwood dont seem to hold any value, probably sell for about £130 on ebay.
