I have a Behringer vintage phaser and flanger on my board but I rarely kick them on because I dont think I know how to get good sounds out of them. I guess I just dont know what to do with them when they are on.
Does anyone have song suggestions that have phaser or flanger and make good use of them?
I know about the obvious Van Halen and all that hard rock wankery, I'm talking about songs that are actually good.

Killing In The Name was an old Ibanez Flanger. Tom didn't use a phaser until Audioslave's 2nd album.

Aint Talkin Bout Love by Van Halen. Flanger. Fun little riff to play too.
Edit: Or was it the phaser? Fuck, I'm drawing a blank. Either way, it's a fun one to play.

He had one of the orange MXR types back in the RATM days. Probably the standard phase 90.

One thing i always liked about Tom, he always uses a crunchy amp and just backs his guitar volume back for cleans.
