its a possibility. If I get it, I will try it out. I doubt it will be my thing but at that price I will pick it up if available either way.
I am not doing dibs or anything as who knows if it is even available, where exactly he is located at (for all I know he could be 2 hours from me), etc.
I will post whatever I found out.

is now mine, although for 225. The guy called me and siad that he had a ton of offers but he had given me dibs. He was actually pretty cool. He said he had people offering him 4-500 for it and he asked if I would go 25 more. I agreed (this was before I drove up so it was no ambush) It was funny. His girlfriend was mad at him for not canceling the add/relisting or selling to highest bidder. She was being a total bitch (I could hear her in the background when I talked to him).. Anyways, for $25 more I still got a hell of a deal and he calmed the bitch down a bit...

The guitar plays pretty well with farily decent action (except some fret buzz on the low E above the 12th/13th fret). Very light and the neck feels like a littel toy almost. But it is so worn in that it feels great.
As far as the amp tones, they are nothign to get excited about. It sounds like an old small watt tube amp. It was fairly quiet with just a little hum and had just the little bit of fuzzy breakup when dimed. But, I just kind of strummed it a bit. I only played it for like 5 minutes because I was out in the middle of Bum Fucking Egypt (otherwise known as Redlands, Ca) way the fuck off the freeway and was pretty sure I was about to either get raped, robbed, or beatne by people with Metal Mulisha tatoos. I was fine with any of those as long as I got the guitar BTW.....

For 225 you had to buy it - I would have in a heartbeat -
but I would unload the amp-in-case as it is not a good amp, is a shock hazard, and with luck you can get back some $.

also, this is not for me, I picked it up for Josh if he still wants it at 350 shipped. Sounds like I am ripping him off, but it cost 225 plus was about 90 minutes from my house so $30 in gas, plus shipping (around $50 in US via UPS) and another $10 for some packing material and a box. All in all I might clear $30 for 4 hours of my time. Fair enough deal when I could flip it here locally for 400-500 without paying for shipping and packaging.
I also let him know prior to it that it would end up at least $300 by the time shipping and gas was figured in.
Anyways, if Josh says no, anyone can call dibs at the same deal prior to me selling it locally. No big deal either way to me.
