What do you think? Is it completely crap, or a good guitar?
In my case, i think its a good guitar... Because all the solos, melodys, and riffs sounds so good when i play it...
The guitar is a little bit unbalanced. But its okay anyway... And the sound from the pickups is extremely, for being a cheap guitar!
What color do you prefer?

I have the best factory model, black w/red tort and Jag trem.
Me and Kurt were hanging out one tuesday afternoon and he said i was a douche for choosing the Jaguar trem over the Mustang trem, we had a pretty bad fight and i feel bad about that since he died later on.
Anyways, its all water under the bridge now, Krist said kurt often talked about me so i guess there's no bad feelings.
I still use that guitar to this day...

You can generally pick them up in the range of 300-350. Still hardly a cheap guitar.

I love the Jagstang. Its clumsiness, offset shape, beautiful neck and H/S pup configuration make it a winner for me, also it scores low on a lot of Offset websites which makes it even cooler. Its like the bastard son of Fender Offsets.

+1
didn't care too much for the stock pickups, but that wasn't anything a texas special and sd jb couldn't fix easy.

They seem to go reeeeeeeeeeally cheap in MD, like 250-350 on CL. Want me to keep a weather eye open for a major steal?

sure. there's no guarantee i'll have the cash at the time, but it's also one i will replace at some point.

Not a problem. It's not hard for me to just keep an active CL window up at work all day.
I had a Second rev in my hands for $300 (pretty much mint too) about 3 months ago and decided not to do it. I had completely forgot that you "lost" yours.

Neck pickup on them is a thing of beauty, and they're great to play. The humbucker ain't bad but something about the basswood and the body shape make most of them sound pretty dull and lifeless. If you like spanky guitar sounds - look elsewhere.
It's been well documented that it's not really "finished", lots of stuff could do with muchos work. The Pickguard is just, just hideous. The closeness to the upper contour by the switches is ugly as sin and the bottom horn doesn't match.
However much I hate it when I see a nice photo of one I still miss mine if only for nostalgic reasons.
