I think robroe posted a thread about this. I think it's just an extension speaker cabinet or something.

I think it's more like the Sunn Power Beta or Concert Slave. It's got a power amp in there.

I've got one and to be honest, it's kind of a novelty. Unless you want a really heavy reverb sound with a bunch of delay that are all preset and can't be adjusted, then it may be your dream cabinet. Every time I've tried using it the sound would get washed out in a band situation, unless I played my guitar straight and clean. Which is exactly not how I play. When playing alone I would think 'God damn that sounds pretty good', but it was short lived.
Then again 125 bucks aint too bad considering it's kind of an effects pedal with an amp and speaker attached to it.

yeah, i remember rob being like "robert, look, its a fucking satalite amp!"
i played one YEARS ago and thought it was badass at the shop. i would buy it dude. srsly.
i bet in 10 years these things will be really pricey. like a leslie or something.
it may be weird, but its an authentic effect. buy it!

the weird thing about it is that its not a stand alone amp. if you just plug your guitar into it, it won't work.
it goes for cheap on ebay because alot of people think the thing is broke for this reason
you have to plug it into your own amp just like a pedal.
once you do this though it adds another 130 something watts to your setup

It's meant to be an extension cabinet and needs to run through an effects loop send and return.
I found it hard to get a good balance in sound with out the input clip lights either spasticly flashing or just solid red.
