This actually sounds quite good, especially the two mixed together. Plenty of companies have had a go at this sort of thing but this is the first one that i've actually liked.

the bridge and the pickguard both look awesome. if i had ridiculous money right now, i'd get me one of them.

list is $1249, msrp is a grand, still spendy for something that will probably be made in mexico [not bashing]

i like the mixed sound, but it's ugly.

Why does the bridge need so much wood in front of the saddle? I think the Taylor T-5 is better, but the price point is decent.

The T-5s are phenomenal but expensive. the excess wood is to emulate what the tele bridge wood look like

so it's like modeling technology inside the fishman aura electronic thing? bummer, but I guess it wouldn't sound the same as having a semi hollow w/ a piezo in the bridge and that tele neck p'up. eh. I also guess it isn't semi-hollow right?

err, hmmm, good question. the line about "generates the resonance" seems slightly dubious. still I would think it's a bit closer to the sound than an acoustic modeling pedal.

chambered, with laminate top. probably achieves similar resonance, most dissipated via bolt on neck.

i think white with a mint guard would be ace.
