Yeah, I thought about the '66, but it was only a little gig. Not really all that secure neither.

you'd have to assume, he's mate's with mike after all.
great pics lads. that's the same joint you always play, no?
wee lil' pubb or something? when i come to UK, sell crazy gig at that place and caution horses gigs are on my list of priorities. (lower on the list is my exercise plan of calling fran a nubbin and then having him chase me)

The lighting is fucking incredible in these photos. Is that just the way the stage area is lit? It looks like a super-pro photo shoot.

Great pics.
Out of interest, how does Gareth have his amp set? A bit of dirt? I only ask as he's got no pedals in front of him.

Yeah it's the Cellar Bar which is a frequent local gig for us (as frequently as we gig haha, we're going to be branching out elsewhere soon).
The thing on the ground is just an extension lead to get power to my board, and Gareth's guitar is stock as far as I know.
Alastair was using remote flashes I think - he's a pro.

Oh, and Gareth has his amp set up on the edge of breakup generally. He only uses the neck pickup also. Our guitar sounds complement each other pretty well I think.

Gareth had a sweet mellow tone in the Ace of Base cover video. Was that also coming out of the tiny terror?

it's Gareth's Dad so we see him fairly often!
Yeah he just uses a TT through a 1x12" Orange cab these days.
I think it's pretty small, like 80 people when crammed. it's a fun venue.
