All Broadcasters have truss rods. Only June-October 1950 Esquires didn't.

I bet that thing's real, but he's dreaming for 12k. The most valuable part left on it is the control assembly (that switch and treble bleed resistor, unique to broadcasters and esquires as capacitors were used for treble bleed on telecasters, would fetch crazy money on eBay from a tonesniffer).

it reminds me of a local guy who has a tele i think its 62 or 63
but its been fucked big time routed for a humbucker really badly
probably with a chisel or some kind of blunt object any ways!
absoulutly ruined
fucked about with the electronics i think theres a midi pickup in there somewhere
the bridge pick up has been changed
refined then sanded back to its original colour again done really badly
the neck is the only decent thing about the fucking thing!
replacement tuners
and he thinks he can get at least £6000
i offer him 800 squid every month but he knows best!
