I'm wondering if a quick glance at this indicates that a Toronado bridge will easily work with the location of the string ferrules?

Seems like a nice project piece.

Not sure about a Toronado dropping in but from this picture it looks a lot like the Fender MIM and Squier reissues

mainly because of the random Block thats there.

It looks like a lot of work, i'd scrap the finish and start over. You can find known vintage bodies with original finishes around the $200 mark if you keep an eye on ebay for them

hmm i wonder if there is any risk that a 24" scale neck would not fit right in? The listing says it is vintage body and the neck pockets all worked with Mustang style 24" necks right?

If it's a MIM then there is no shot at a 24" fitting except for a conversion 24" like the jagmaster.

hmm, although the listing says vintage, i think you are right. that does look like an MIM body. I guess I will pass.
