Bass Big Muff circuitry question

Post by MaMo »

Here's something I've been wondering and I figure with all the pedal DIY'ers on the board someone will know the answer. What is the significant difference between the Bass Big Muff circuitry and the rest of the line? Is there any real difference or did they just slap "bass" on the front in order to sell more pedals?

Bigger coupling caps and a few other tonal options, it'll be schematically similar to the Green Russian Muff I suspect.

I think they were marketing it as a Green Russian Muff with a blend control.
