Replacement waterslide decals

Any suggestions where can I buy decent replacement decals for me guitar? I paid for one a few weeks ago one eBay but I think I’ve been stung (no decal, no money back, and no reply from seller)

I just contacted some dude about making a custom one for my Jagmaster and he want's £32.. which is ok but I'm not spending £32 on a decal for a squier... I didn't spend that much on the pickups!!
or maybe if someone is handy with the old graphic design they could do the design for me and I could buy some water slide paper for my printer or something?? Benicol maybe??
any help or advice appreciated.

I just got quoted £32 for a decal from there, I cried.
