I discovered these recently . Not much information on them out there . I did email the company in Italy and they are coming to the US in small numbers . Alder bodies , crafted in the Czech Republic . 1 or 2 models standard with Duncan JBs . I for one am eying out the Manta Reissues . http://www.eko.it/international/
5 different headstock shapes on 6 different guitars.....wtf!? That having been said the upper left one is a headstock shape I approve of....reminds me of the italian PANaramic guitar I had for like 2 weeks
Also these are boring because they look budget and the materials are not like the cool old accordion materials.
The 5th one is clearly the coolest shape and headstock based on one of the older designs.
I searched before I posted because I hate to be the noob that brings up the same shit already discussed . Nothing about their new stuff really . Got a link ?
he just meant they were posted somewhere on the internet, not necessarily here. jcyphe is omniscient, you're not questioning him are you? ARE YOU?
i didn't find anything in a search, either. it's really a moot point, now, but it just has to be said that something's already been done/posted/forseen. you'll learn soon enough, rocks.
It's all good . I love razzing . Just remember if you're gonna dish it... I'm considering one though . The Blue one but they also make one in a sunburst with this bowling sparkle in the coat . Sounds hideous but I think it will rock . They're ugly but different and they're doing shit folks won't dare to. Puro gatzi . Plus it's a medium scale like a Stang I'm told so it'll fit in with my Toronado .

boom. still fucking ugly.
irlols
They'd look so much better with some minor shape-tweaking, although no doubt I'd just be subconsciously tweaking them back to whatever original model they rip off.
"Hmm, what's the most likely place the player's hand is gonna be brushing past every strum? Let's put a switch there, but have it orientated so that, while it won't move when knocked, it'll cause some nice bruises."

HA, wow. i didn't even notice that strat switch there. christ, yeah, i'd have my lower thumb buggered in no time.
actually, it's hurting right now just by looking at the orientation in the picture.
