Can someone edumacate me on speaker cabs and their applications.
Say your starting a band, and you want an amp setup that is affordable and sounds good
for live application. But there are so many different watts and speaker cabs. No idea where
to start and which to choose.

The type of amp and speaker cabinet depends a lot on what type of music you play and what type of sound you want. What kind of band is this?

This would be a good starting point to work from....Get a 50 watt tube amp,,Bugera V55 head is a awsome choice or a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. You basicaly want a great clean ch for pedals..If You Get The The Bugera you will have to get a speaker cab this is a good thing cause you can use it a open back or closed back depending on what kind you get,,,It would be very easy to swap speakers also,Look into a Avatar Oversize 1x12 cab,I would try a Celestion G12-75 or a classic 30 each are great at what they do,,and cover alot of ground....as from there the distortion pedals take care of the drive and you can have as many sounds as you have styles

Acoustic makes good stuff . Especially for the price . You can get clarity of of that . Rock , blues , country . They're pretty good .
