500k pots really do some nice stuff to the Wilkinson WVOB pickup I put in it. I need to find some knobs that fit the long shaft pots that I put in it. I think it might be a bit of a fun custom job for me to finish the guitar off with, but considering I have a volume pedal and wouldn't dream of rolling off the tone on this guitar as it sounds awesome with everything at 10 I might just leave them as they are for a more industrial look.

I'm really pleased with my first go at building a guitar just from a neck and body. Your thoughts shortscale?

I'd throw some knobs on there anyway.

looks great! you should should be able to lower them pots tho. just gotta adjust the nut underneath the control plate so they sit a little lower when tightened.

Aha! Thats what those other nuts do!

I looked at the bag of parts and was like "These Axesrus guys must think I'm really clumsy if they've given me like 6 nuts for 2 pots. Harharhar". Noob mistake no.1 for me lol!

Thanks Mages......

Looks good, apart from that the scratch-plate doesn’t seem to fit around the cutaway properly.

And yeah, get some dials on there!
