MIJ Jaguar Switch Reversing

Hi ss.org,
So I want to reverse the switching on my Jag, because I'm constantly turning the pickup selectors off with my overenthusiastic picking.

On page two there is a diagram of the wiring.
On another guitar forum I was told that the easiest way of doing this would be to desolder the connections on the two switches (I want to leave the 'strangle' switch as it is) and resolder them to the opposite sides of the switch. An alternative method would be to just unscrew the switches and physically rotate them.
I was more keen on doing the soldering as I was worried about wires crossing over/maybe coming off. Now if I wanted to resolder the wires onto the opposite sides would I just resolder everything so the end product would be as if I just physically rotated the switch? Basically what does 'opposite' mean in this context, and which wires go where?
Cheers,
Duv
