I laugh every time rob beats pickups with a screwdriver like a total caveman.

i'd swap out the pots switches and jack.
as for the pups you could reglue them, or just leave them be, i doubt it will make any difference.

I love the way he doesn't turn off the TV or any other background noise for his videos. Instead he just shouts really loud.

I think superglue would be good because it doesn't take much so you could just apply it very thin.

Smart - very smart.
I'd reglue the magnets. I don't know what type of glue they used - I'd try superglue, or maybe a glue gun or contact cement. Once that's done, I'd recheck everything. If it cleaned up the crackling, you're done. If not, then I'd check all my solder contacts and wires and see if I could track it down that way. If not, then I'd start replacing everything...

so this thing is almost done except the fucking OG pickup screws are JUST A TINY BIT TOO SMALL TO THREAD THE ENDS OF THE FUCKING PICKUPS
they just slide right thru the holes and don't grap. soooooooooooo im pissed.
now i could either go to the hardware store, go in get pissed off because they only have big ass fucking screws, and leave, or i could order some from guitar fetish and wait another 5 fucking days for 6 god damn screws.
mez you got any pickup mounting screws laying around ? i need 6

If they're close, you can try the super glue trick. Add a drop of super glue to each hole and let it dry - then rethread the screws through the holes.
