Yep, good Eurodrek. On a par with Musima for quality, ie better than yer Urals and other eastern-bloc planks, but not up with Framus, Hagstrom etc.
There was talk of the brand being revived a few years ago, but no news recently and the guitars weren't that exciting.

Tried some old Jolana guitars in a shop here, and found them to be way better than expected. I also love the current production Grazioso, from how it looks:

Sadly no international distribution so far:

I do like those Graziosos, there's something about them. The ones with the trems especially.

And Czech out that pickup selector!
I almost read mid position as 1/2. Heck, the Dwarfcraft Plane Ticket does a great
quiet boost, and I doubt the concept is under patent.

I have one of those Galaxis basses.
This one actually...
Easiest playing bass I've ever used. And that chickenhead knob..
If you see one for like $100, grab it.

One of the Czech bands we played with on tour had one of those basses, or definitely something influenced by it. Sounded gooooooooooooooooooooood.

ooh, they've got one of those funny ones that look a bit like a musicmaster bass crossed with a jag:
