fender jag re-issue problems

Post by brandonpaulmoses »

so, iv been having some problems with my jag(re-issue, made in mexico). i play through a gibson falcon, and when i plug into it recently itll play really quiet. one switch plays extremely loud. iv plugged multiple guitars(squire strat, gibson les paul) and they all play nice and loud. could something be wrong with my jag?

thanks, brandon.

Sounds like a dry solder joint or maybe dust, try contact cleaner in all the switches. Are your pickup heights balanced?
