I would rock the shit out of the daphne blue, LPB or surf green one! Those are beautiful!

i've seen a vintage fiesta red thinline before, possibly my favourite ever tele.

I remember these, and the 72 series. These were not awful playing either(for Teles anyway), they were MIM but they were vintage style not crappy MIM standard style.

Here is the ad for the original release. According to some of the guys at the Telecaster forum,the bodies were painted at the Custom Shop in California and then shipped to Mexico for assembly. I think they said they only made about 100 0f each color.
