Cheap 24 scale with humbuckers?

Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post. For my first electric, I'm looking for a 24" scale guitar with dual humbuckers, preferably hardtail. I know there are very few with this configuration and I want to make sure I'm not missing any. My hands are very small and not very strong so I really like how easy the 24s are to play. Also, I hope to learn jazz and some of those chords are a long reach.
I like the hardtail Jaguar HH but it's pretty pricey. The Squier Duo-Sonic comes with single coils & the Squier Jagmaster has a tremolo.
I thought I hit paydirt with the SX GG1 short version. Great price but according to Kurt, it's not available.
The Jay Turser JRP24 is cheap and looks interesting but there are no dealers in my area.
The Durango Guitar Works guitars also look interesting but they're not as cheap (around $300), I haven't seen any reviews and I'm not sure about the maple fretboard.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! This would go under the shortscale category (for future reference).

That new Jaguar looks very interesting. Looks like they should be out any day now.

I'd say look into used HH jags but with the blacktop jag coming out its really the same thing. You could always do a Jagmaster and block the trem for a little less dough. NO IDEA what pickups are going into the blacktop jag [info is out i just don't know off my head] but the HH Jaguar's Dragster humbuckers are not to my liking. Not even to my "i'll tolerate"
Know anything about the pickups on the blacktop?

"Hot Vintage Alnico Humbucking Pickups with Nickel Covers"
The pups on the Jagmaster don't do much for me.

Grab a new Jagmaster and throw on a hardtail Bridge. Idea.

Get one of those paper guitars, Im sure they are shortscale. OR you could pick up a couple of the Diapers I got on the clas' section and grab the squier neck from hotrod... be hot *#$& then!
For real though, the Jagmaster is a cool guitar and you could block the term (or convert as mentioned before).

That's only 1/4 of an inch less than a strat's scale, which feels entirely different from an LP or a Mustang. Your argument there sucks.

No, a Strat's scale is 25 1/2". My argument is sound and rules ass.

strats are 25.5"
prs' are 25"
gibsons are 24 3/4"
shortscales are 24"
gibsons are a full 3/4" shorter than strats
I've never noticed how gibsons are right in between shortscales and standard scales... hmmm
