CV DUO QUESTION

Do you guys know what a fully equipped CV duo sonic body is worth... basically a duo sans neck.

Your not planning on using that neck are you?


The CV duo is a conversion neck, so it will go on a guitar that has full scale bridge placement and converts it to a shortscale.

No not on mustang, I just wanna save neck, so i can buy a cheapie standard, and make it shortscale... like get some cheap tele deluxe copy

There are usually jagmaster conversion necks on ebay. I Just got one, and there are a couple more. May be be a cheaper way to go. Just a thought.

WOW I PAYED OUT MY ASS FOR THAT GUITAR.

I guess its the cost of buying a shortie as my first ever guitar... and buying small town locally.

I still think they are great value for the price even new. We ordered 17 or something last year. Some local shop was selling their last 2 for $100 just to move them and people hit up Musicians Friend to price match them. Good times!

the neck heals are different, if you use a squier conversion neck on a tele you'll end up with a bit of a gap at the bottom of the neck.

it will however work, but you'll need to adjust your intonation.
