I have a problem with my jaguar it seems to crackle a lot with the tremolo arm in and even a bit without when it's in an amp? When I took the trem apart to sort the tightness of the arm out it had like a tiny hole with a little bit of wiring coming through?? Is it broke?
I know nothing about electrics but the previous owner put quarter pounders in could it be the pick ups? Or the way he wired it?
Should I have it set up by someone who knows about pick ups and everything.
Cheers

We have a guitar luthier/pick up maker who lives on the outskirts of town he set up and replaced the bridge on my mates 63 Jag so gave him a ring and explained everything so he's going to set it all up and get rid of the horrible tunomatic and buzz stop as well.Ankhanu wrote:How'd ya get it sorted?

Yep can't wait for it to be sorted still will be a good price if all the work on it to get it set up and everything cost over 100 still have got a good deal for the guitar and hardcase anyway.
