The reason I asked is because I was buying a modded one:endsjustifymeans wrote:No.
Yes.
It's actually not bad little pedal, I hear you can do some pretty neat mods to it too.
Sounds great, never modded mine as I traded mine away when I got a carbon copy.crowleyisamuff wrote:The reason I asked is because I was buying a modded one:endsjustifymeans wrote:No.

It works out at 100 for it shipping from the usa which is not that bad I was just wondering if it could be in a chain so I can still use other pedals when it's not on. I'm no expert sorry if these are boring questions!endsjustifymeans wrote:Sounds great, never modded mine as I traded mine away when I got a carbon copy.crowleyisamuff wrote:The reason I asked is because I was buying a modded one:endsjustifymeans wrote:No.

Man he got some crazy sounds out of that thing...
I think I'm going to go for it undecided could have this or maybe madebymike's echobase or maybe even a reel echoendsjustifymeans wrote:Well, it's buffered and works fine in a chain stock. I really don't see any of the mods he's done changing that.
Good point, I'm looking for a pedal close to the sounds of a binson echorec I really like the sounds on the second horrors record.endsjustifymeans wrote:I'm of course going to suggest the MBM pedal.
Modded or not, you are thinking about spending $100 on what was an $18 pedal.
I may get a memory boy I was toying with the idea before this obsession of having a big echo pedal with crazy thing's on it.Haze wrote:Hundred bucks for a fab pedal? I don't care if someone's nodded it to be a klon, don't be a fool.
Do an echobase or maybe a memory boy:

You also have more control over modulation, you can use an expression pedal for any knob, and you can put an effect in the loopcrowleyisamuff wrote:What's the difference between the two? Can you not put an effect through the memoryboy in a loop??sp3k wrote:You also have more control over modulation, you can use an expression pedal for any knob, and you can put an effect in the loopcrowleyisamuff wrote:What's the difference between the two?
