NGD: Bullet type thing?

Right so I got this guitar a couple weeks ago, but I only have gotten pics of it now. Its a 'Series A' brand guitar which appears to be a copy of a Fender Bullet. The neck is godly, feels slightly chunky(for a fender style guitar) at the nut, but then widens out. Decent/mediocre pickups, but great for the classic garage rawk kinda thing. Got a tusq nut put in it, the old one snapped in half. All in all, not bad for a ~$70 investment.
Pics forthcoming

Cheers guys.
I replaced the stock bridge pickup with one I had laying around, I believe its a Squier Strat pickup, either way, I got it from my bronco bass..
It sounds a lotttttt better than the stock one, has a nice chime to it now.
Is it normal for tele styled guitars to sound more bassy and thick, almost humbucker-esque, in the neck position? Something to do with the resonant frequency of the pickup being more efficient or something?
