i have gotten into the habit of trying to record clipz of all the amps i repair or that pass through my hands. i set it up for one base tone and that's all the fuck you get unless i feel like demonstrating different channels etc. YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW ANY MORE THAN WHAT THE SHIT GENERALLY SOUNDS LIKE. fuck this noize.
