78? Musucmaster? body price comming down

This one in Ill. USA is down to $199. Sais he wouldn't ship it but I wonder if he might remove the squier neck and ship it.

Fender “USA� Mustang body with a Fender Squier Stratocaster neck. I think the body is from the 1960’s ?? and it has a newer Fender Squier neck. Single pickup, body needs refinishing.
