Seems pretty silly but what's the general consensus? I've tired both which are readily available in stores but I know there's mods out there that can be done but to which model, to what effect, etc. I don't know. I don't mind that there's no reverb on the 10 but I've heard you can mod them to be a bit louder by cutting out the LED or something? I need a solid-state, grab-and-go type amp after selling all my old ones (I really should have kept the Zoom).

The LED mod to the Pathfinder 15r is in this thread:

Haven't tried a Pathfinder 10, but I have the 15r and like it. The reverb isn't a huge deal. It's just a very basic spring reverb and I use my RV600 for reverb instead.

Awesome!

Thanks and sorry the other two forums I frequent, the search functions don't actually work, so I never thought about it

Btw--props to Haze for that mod. I referred a buddy on a synth forum to that thread. He did the mod to his 15r and is really happy with it.

Definitely am aiming to get it done.

My rig is undergoing some dramatic changes but I'm really glad the way it's gonna turn out.

My ACTUAL pedalboard has become rather 'boutique'... i think it's the analogman instead of proco rat :(
