Epi G-400 with p90? Yea or Nay?

What says Shortscale?
Basically I just want a guitar with p90's so bad, and the SG's look nice with them. Any pup recommendations?

I just got a epi G400 with EMGs and while I really love the way the guitar plays . . . I am not a fan of EMGs so I think I'll be replacing them with some of the GFS P90 sized humbuckers.
I may also sell it soon. I just don't see myself playing an SG consistently.

While I'm not interested in your Les Paul I would be willing to work out a partial trade for one of your other guitars. Or just sell you to you cheap.

I have an H size P90 in the neck of my Epi g-400. GFS Mean 90. It's a great pickup.

what you are speaking of doing is actually my next project... I plan on black GFS Mean 90's...

Sounds lush. Haven't tried p90 in bridge yet but I'm building a Jr so we'll see.
