as peeps know, i have the 2x10 cab from james, which is a great cab. at home, space in my room is at a premium. i'm toying with getting a small 1x12 or 1x10 for home practise/recording. bit like mike used to do with his little marshall converted cab. i've seen a couple of cabs, mainly those new vox ac4 and night-train 1x10. anyone know of another cheap, but nice sounding cab they could suggest.
it's got to have a 36(w)x16(d)(cm) amp head atop of it.

i haven't actually played the matching epiphone 5w amp through this, but it sounded phenomenal when i played my vox pathfinder 15w head through one at a friends practice space. i must've played it for a solid hour with just reverb and trem. everyone kept saying, "come on man, we have to go," but i just kept playing the same progression because i couldn't get over how well they sounded together. i'm yet to buy one, but they can be had for the dirtiest of cheaps.

here young Robert - you'll not find anything cheaper. I used to have a nice closed-back Laney 1x12 that was made nicely, but the speaker was a bit like a Mr Kiplings tray tin; keep an eye on what speaker's in there (or budget for a speaker too).
