Epi LP Custom Gold -> Silver

When I started playing guitar, I had already been playing bass for a year. I was 14, and knew that I wanted my first guitar to be a keeper. I wasn't interested in strats at all, I wanted something to keep for years to come. I was obsessed with gibson style guitars (an obsession that has passed and is long dead). I loved LPs and SGs and had my heart set on something like them.
Went to the guitar shop and saw a white LP Custom for a greatly reduced price because of a custom painted decal on the body. The thing had a bucking bronco painted on it. It didn't matter to me at all, I thought it was cool. Anyways, white with gold hardware was pretty wicked to a 14 year old.
Since getting my jazzmaster 6 years ago, the LP was packed away at grandmas. I always planned to swap the gold (I developed a strong hatred for it) but put it off again and again. Well, tonight was the night. I brought this baby out of retirement. I swapped out the hardware with a beat up old SG project that I had and here we are.
Here's the partial before (I got excited and forgot to document the thrilling process of taking out the bridge and tailpiece studs.):

tuners mid swap:

SILVER! (ignore the gold switch, on the shopping list)
- GFS Retrotron in the Neck
- GFS Mean 90 in the bridge

One of these things is not like the other:
- high e is different, another piece for the shopping list.

Thanks for looking!
