I think the Fulltone products are all that is excluded...... I am wanting a Blacktop Jaguar for $382 shipped to my door.... but I must resist....this is not a good time of year for money with me, I have tons of expenses coming up and a possible trip to Memphis

Read it more carefully. It's a Swinger guitar, with a Fender amp.

I know. I read it thoroughly. There's even a wikipedia page about Fender swinger guitars.
If you're implying that it's not a Fender and just a "Swinger" brand, then I've never heard of them.
But the body contour and pickup intrigue me because I haven't seen a swinger that looks
like that before. I was wondering if anyone knew any info about it.

Nope, not implying anything of the sort... I stated it outright. That you haven't heard of the brand is kinda immaterial; I hadn't either, I think (though I may have seen reference to them here on Shortscale, I'm not certain).
The guitar looks like a pretty standard piece of 60s Japanese hardware, really. I've never seen a Fender using similar string trees, bridges, etc.

Looks really similar to some Harmony's I've seen. You could probably buy it and get $70 just for the pickup, since it's a gold foil derivative.
