Looks like a beat up GFS jazzy ripoff with a bigsby to me. Sorta yawn material...
It's also not a shortscale.

honestly, the GFS guitars seem as good or better than these (depending on what features you'd like) and they cost about 5% the price. if you're going shell out that much $$ just get a real vintage fender.

I got to play these in NYC and they're not $4,000, or even $3,000. Normally these jazzmaster style things are around $2100-$2400. They were very well made. Only thing I didn't like is all the ones I saw were reliced and I think that's super goofy.

S'amazing though innit that you'd assume that the higher up the price range you go you'd find more and more whacked out crazy guitars in odd shapes, setups, rare sorts and all that because you're getting into bespoke, custom-made territory. But the absolute opposite happens. It's like the models become more generic, even if they've started with a fairly left-field basis like a Jaguar or something.
Fuck bland £4000 guitars.

The look is kinda ho-hum, but fuck it sounds good... or maybe it's just Andy.

True, but there's enough fidelity that it provides a good impression of what's what. It's not 100% true to life, but hey, close enough to my ears most of the time.

for all i know, i may just have bad ears.
but it seems that alot of what we're hearing in this demo is a.) decent playing b.) some effects (chorus and reverb maybe?) c.) built to spill is great.
i guess, an analogy to my ears, would be that someone would play three different guitars over the telephone through various amps, with soe efects or no effects. then, i'm supposed to guess which guitar is best.

Nita bad analogy, really... But, when you listen to everything through a telephone it makes it a little easier to compare.
