I have been wanting to fix my Line 6 DL-4 for a while now. The switches have been very temper-mental especially on the second bank. I heard about Drasp's DL4 mods and looked into it. I decided that I couldn't afford the amazing powder coating, so I opted for the DIY kit and expression knob.
The kit included:
4 extra bright LEDs
Resistors for Buffering mod
4 Military grade switches.
Solder
Expression Knob
Pictures and text instructions.
It took me a while because I am a soldering noob, but I got it back together and it works great. Cheers to Drasp for all his help. If you have a DL-4, please check him out.

I would rather pay one of our mod experts but you never know. This was a step by step and it took me a while.

Good stuff, taylornutt- glad to see it all went smoothly, there's few things so sweet as modding your own gear.

My next "mod" will be working on my Musicmaster bass amp. This was good practice for me if I can't find a reasonable amp guy in the area. I basically modded a pedal that I paid more for than that amp. No pain no gain.

I have a Musicmaster Bass amp also. Yellow light. It needs work. Please post repair photo-log.
