My favourite oscilatting fuzz is The Great Destroyer. Second is actually the Honeybee overdrive clone I've made and using my starve breakout box to make it go fucking raygun nuts.
Fuzz Factory
Ultralord
Zoom UltraFuzz
Catalinbread Teaser Stallion (more like a self-oscillating distortion - it's very good)
Most fuzzes when placed in a feedback loop.
why did my perineum tingle when I read the title of this thread. I get like a 7 year old on christmas eve with such things. it reminds me of the time I first discovered video feedback.

I had Benecols Ultrafuzz for a few months, it was brilliant at doing the whole spaceship batshit OTT self oscillation. You can pick them up fairly cheap, check them out. Lots of fun. On the flip side still very, very useable for more normal things. Zoom did a bad thing to discontinue that line - the Powerdriver was the shit too.
Just to clarify. This oscillation feature we are speaking of, correct me if i am wrong, but the knob that allows you to get that crazy noise does so because it is lowering the voltage of the pedal, or under-powering it.
I believe this is the case in the Fuzz Factory, are any of these other pedals any different?

Nope - I think it varies; I know the DBA has got an internal feedback loop. DOn't think it's always a voltage starve.
Lastgasp Art Laboratories have a Super Oscillo Fuzz Type 88 that has six oscillators in it. It's great - it makes an unearthly howl even when there's no guitar plugged into it. Lastgasp
