Edit - price drop $250
It's been listed since Easter for $350. He just dropped the price to $250. I'd bet he'd take $200 for it. It's local for me, if anyone is interested.

I wouldn't offer more thatn $200 considering the back plate and the general rough shape it's in.

It's a great guitar for modding. I wouldn't pay more then $200 for it either.
I'd imagine a Strat back plate would be a direct replacement... or go naked. And most guys here could fab up a new pickguard for less then $20.
