Fender FSR Copperburst Telecaster

Post by westtexasred »

I missed out on that Butterscotch Blonde version so today when I saw my local GC had just gotten in a one Copperburst teles with the flipped control panel and vintage bridge I bought it. I think it is a nice guitar and everyone needs a tele right?

I wish Fender would do this FSR series with a vintage radius neck...@499 or whatever they cost, I would definitely bite!

That copperburst is a great colour and I like that it's not that bursty. Also makes me wanna put a black guard on my Squier CVC.

There is another version of the Fender Copper burst tele but it is setup like a regular tele plus the color on that one seems darker. than the one made for Guitar Center. Different logo to.

The Guitar Center FSR really looks more like Goldburst next to the Standard's Copperburst finish

Nice score westtexas, yet another great guitar. How you find the flipped control plate? Kinda thinking of trying it for volume swells.

Belay that thought Rob - there's too much going on under the Baja's control plate for it to fit without a bit of routing. I know because I tried.
