How and what's the best way to get a wah pedal attached to a pedal board.

Take it's "feet" off and attach loads of velcro?

Thats what I do, because of how heavy my morley wah is it sticks better than any of my other pedals too. I didn't even take off the rubber feet.

I got a cry baby, I took off the rubber feet and cut the screws down, screwed the bottom plate back on with the shorted screws and got velcro happy

Yes. My PW-10 Boss wah rubber feet came right off and then two pieces of velcro did the job.

Back in the old days when I had a Cry Baby I used Jonny Shredfreak pedal board fixings which you attach to the screws on the bottom and the screw them down to your pedalboard. I would post a link to the product but their website is down.

I just take the rubber feet off. On some pedals I put self-adhesive Velcro circles on the rubber feet themselves, but a vox/crybaby type wah is under too much duress for that to hold up.

Bicycle Chain links if you've got a wooden based board. Same idea as the shredfreak tabs... by far the most secure form of attachment !!

He's the shreadfreak link, check the gallery for examples

You'll need these ones - http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/store/i ... aac3b76d99 - the longer ones. Bike chain links won't be long enough either.

Pilther some of the kids Meccano in other words

Hadn't thought of doing it that way. The Mold Spore wah I have is a huge lump and doesn't have a flat bottom once the feet are taken off. So some bodgery of meccano type stuff is a dam good solution.

Many thanks all for the suggestions!

I used to use two cable ties wrapped around the base of the pedal through two sets of holes drilled in my pedalboard. That sucker never moved.

I got some of those stick on furnature grippers about 1" diameter. I stuck the screw though one sticky side down. I then stuck another gripper to that (sandwich the screw head) so its about as thick as the original foot. Then you can attach velcro to that. Works pretty well.
